About The Event

Lead by Dr Chidera Ota, this session aims to equip incoming Foundation Year 1 Doctors with the knowledge needed to confidently deal with common medical emergencies.

​

This small group teaching session is targeted at final year medical students in preparation for their roles as newly-qualified doctors. We understand that this can be a very daunting time, this event will be facilitated by foundation year 2  doctors and above, giving attendees the perfect opportunity to learn from their experiences and have their questions answered.

​

The session will consist of rotating around different scenarios, role-playing in small groups followed by feedback from the facilitator.  

​

Incoming FY1's beginning their roles in August will take priority.
